How our on-demand housekeeping service works
In this service model our people are engaged on your hotel’s weekly roster as casual on-hire employees. Typically, a hotel will begin to engage our on-hire staffing services in the lead up to a busy period, allowing on-hire team members to be trained to the hotel’s standards.
We will work closely with your hotel to understand your specific
processes and policies so that our people are well prepared for their first
shift and fit seamlessly into your team. This includes your preferences for
uniforms and training requirements.
We also ensure that all people assigned to you undertake your hotel’s own
induction programme.
It is important to note that Hotel Housekeeping is unable to offer short notice, on-demand labour hire (for example, where a hotel may need an extra team member for one shift starting the very next day). Our on-hire team members are rostered in advance on a weekly basis, along with in-house team members.
Our on-hire staffing pricing model
We charge a simple, per person per hour rate.
All costs of employment are covered in this rate including wages, superannuation, public liability insurance, workers compensation premiums, Q Leave, payroll tax, payroll processing, HR and administration, return-to-work support, uniforms and training.
